Great experience here. My husband took his car to Carrolls last month & insisted that we bring my car in when my AC went out. I found that they were honest, fast, and priced fairly. They consistently kept us updated throughout the process & I was never left questioning what was going on with my vehicle. I appreciated that they remembered who I was when I walked in & wished me well before we left when picking up the car. We will definitely continue using Carrolls and will recommend that others do, too!

Always a great experience! Just had them replace the water pump on my wife’s jeep. I’ve never had a hiccup in the 20 plus years of using them for my automotive needs. Also welcome back Donta! Donta is a big part of their excellence customer service. Ben

Was driving to daycare to pick up my daughter when I started feeling some horrible vibrations, accompanied by metal grinding noises. I pulled over, luckily right into Carrolls driveway. I noticed the last tire shop I went to did not tighten the lug nuts! There was metal dust everywhere and the lug nuts were lose and got to the touch. I was pretty shaken up and went inside Carrols for help especially since I had to pick up my daughter soon, and no other means of transportation! I went inside and explained the situation and how close I was to a potential hazardous accident. They were able to immediately help me with one of the nicest tech. They got me squared away and made sure the lug nuts were tight and properly seated. Just in time to go pick up my daughter!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service – Above and Beyond! I’ve been coming to Carrol’s for many years. Jordan that works here is awesome! I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received by him. My truck’s air conditioning went out during the hottest week of the year, and this team didn’t just fix the issue they went above and beyond to make sure everything was running perfectly. They diagnosed the problem quickly, explained everything clearly, and got me back on the road in no time. The professionalism, honesty, and quality of work were top-notch. If you’re looking for reliable service and people who truly care about their customers, look no further. Highly recommend!

These guys are solid. Honest, fast, good work, and good prices. When I was tire hunting about 8 months ago I called at least 15 places and Carroll's best 'em all. I just got my first tire rotation done, still happy with the results.
